Introduction

Guy is one of Australia’s most iconic endurance athletes and a passionate advocate for preventative health and longevity. A world champion Ironman and inaugural winner of the Coolangatta Gold, Guy built a reputation for elite performance (dominating surf lifesaving in the 1980s and 1990s), resilience and lifelong fitness, later being recognised as Australia’s Fittest Athlete Over 40. Following his sporting career, with a deep understanding of performance, resilience and recovery, Guy co-founded Younger Longer, helping create a science-backed platform that delivers expert-led health education and practical longevity programs. He is also the founder of Heart180, a national initiative responsible for installing thousands of defibrillators across Australia and promoting CPR and heart health awareness. Through his work, Guy continues to inspire Australians to prioritise preventative health and live stronger, healthier, longer lives.

26 DAY YOUNGER LONGER BLUE ZONE CHALLENGE The 28-Day Younger Longer Blue Zone Challenge, presented by Guy, is a lifestyle program inspired by the world’s longest-living populations. It helps participants adopt daily habits that support longevity, vitality, and overall wellbeing. Over four weeks, participants follow practical, evidence-informed strategies based on Blue Zone principles: natural daily movement, purpose and mindset, strong social connection, whole-food nutrition, and stress reduction. The program translates these habits into simple, achievable actions for modern life. Drawing on Guy’s expertise in elite performance, resilience, and preventative health, the challenge encourages sustainable behaviour change over short-term fixes. By the end of 28 days, participants gain a deeper understanding of longevity practices and develop routines to support long-term physical health, mental wellbeing, and quality of life. 14 DAY YOUNGER LONGER BIOHACKING CHALLENGE The 14 Day Younger Longer Biohacking Challenge, also led by Guy, is designed to optimise health, performance, and recovery using science-backed biohacking strategies. Over two weeks, participants explore safe, accessible techniques to enhance energy, sleep, metabolic health, and physical resilience. Tools include sleep optimisation, cold and heat exposure, recovery methods, movement efficiency, stress regulation, and emerging longevity technologies. The program translates advanced health concepts into simple, actionable daily steps. By the end of 14 days, participants gain practical strategies to personalise health routines, improve performance, and build lasting habits that support vitality, resilience, and longevity.
