- I have read and understood the Younger Longer Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, and I agree to be bound by them.
- I understand that the programs, tools, and content provided by Younger Longer (including the Health Age Calculator) are for general educational and informational purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- I acknowledge that participation in Younger Longer services is voluntary and that I am personally responsible for my own health decisions.

I confirm that any health or medical information I provide to Younger Longer (including through the Health Age Calculator) is voluntary, and I consent to it being collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
I understand that I should seek medical clearance from a healthcare provider before making significant changes to my lifestyle, exercise, or nutrition based on any Younger Longer content.
I acknowledge that participation in any health or wellness program carries inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for my health and well-being.
